Cordius is a character in Tyranny.

Background[edit | edit source]

Cordius is a Forge-Bound smith from Lethian's Crossing, sent to Tunon to receive judgment for using a forbidden artifact, a keystone, he obtained from a merchant. As the Oldwalls are forbidden, Cordius stands accused of possessing contraband and trespassing. Tunon requests that you adjudicate the matter.

This character has other interactions.

You can adjudicate the matter before Tunon, investigating his claims.

Other interactions[edit | edit source]

  • Cordius explains his position to the court. You can investigate to learn that he did, in fact, figure out what it was that he was using. However, it did make him work harder and longer, increasing production tenfold. Tunon will generally consider all of his testimony to be an admission of guilt, especially the fact that he did not explain the nature of the tool he was using before the other smiths.

    • You can use Lore 63 to state that while forbidden knowledge is taboo, the smith was ignorant and should go free. This earns skill experience.
