Background

This weathered excuse of a sword started its long career as a cleaver for chopping up dead bodies.

The craftsman had some crude ideas about sanitary corpse disposal and took the initiative on behalf of his small village. After his community rose up against him with charges of desecration, his belongings - including this morbid blade - were lost to history.
