The Edict of Tumult was unleashed against Setting-Sun in 429 TR, in retaliation for its continued resistance against the Overlord. The Overlord's words stirred the winds, and shook the land. A terrible wall of water rose from the sea, blotting out the sky before entirely swallowing the city and much of the coast. The other Free Cities were quick to surrender.[1]
