Fused Iron Armor is an item of equipment in Tyranny.

Background

Barik's iron shell is a disorderly fusion of rusted scrap from at least a hundred warped breastplates and twice as many swords. That this heap of lethal garbage fused around Barik's torso in a rough approximation of armor without destroying him in the process is either a remarkable coincidence or an arcane achievement beyond the comprehension of any smithy. Aside from the omnipresent stench of oil and rust, the reek of a long-unwashed body and pools of stagnant bodily fluids oppress the air around Barik.

Barik's armor is a hideous amalgamation of once-fine iron suits, long since rusted and fused together. There is no telling how many pieces of war-torn scrap contributed to this mighty gear, or how many layers it comprises. Any evident buckles or straps that would permit removal are missing. Patterns of spikes among the shoulders and elbows, bent into some crude alignment, contribute to the suit's battle-readiness and intimidation. The smell wafting from between plates suggests it has been worn for some time.
